New workspaces include draft templates (Ask For Follow, Collect User Input, AI handoff, Instagram → WhatsApp). Edit and publish — they are not live until you toggle them.

The canvas save is not enough. The automation must be Live, the Instagram/WhatsApp card Active, and Connected tools on.
