This policy describes how creatorDM handles personal data on creatordm.com and app.creatordm.com.
What we collect
- Account data you provide (name, email)
- Instagram account identifiers granted through Meta OAuth
- Automation configuration and message logs needed to run flows
- Basic product analytics (pages used, feature events)
We do not collect Instagram passwords.
How we use it
To provide the product, prevent abuse, bill paid plans, and improve features. We do not sell personal data.
Processors
We use infrastructure and auth providers (including Cloudflare and account authentication) as needed to run the app. Instagram/Meta receive only what their official APIs require.
Retention
We keep account and automation data while the account is active. You can request deletion at help@creatordm.com.
Your rights
Depending on your location you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data.
