If the Instagram account you want does not appear in Meta’s list, the grant is incomplete — not a creatorDM bug.
Why Meta hides an account
Meta only offers Instagram accounts that are all of these:
- Creator or Business (not personal)
- Attached to a Facebook Page
- Manageable by the Facebook user who is currently logged into the OAuth popup
- Checked on the permission screen (easy to miss)
Fix it
1. Reset the grant
- On desktop, open Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations.
- Find creatorDM and click Remove.
- This does not delete your creatorDM automations.
2. Confirm Page access
In Meta Business Suite or Page settings → Page access, your personal Facebook login needs full control (or at least messages and content tasks).
3. Relink the Page on Instagram
If Edit profile → Page is empty, follow Attach Instagram to a Facebook Page.
4. Reconnect the right way
- creatorDM Home → Connect Instagram (or Reconnect).
- When Meta opens, click Edit settings.
- Tick all Pages and Instagram accounts you need.
- Save. The account should now appear and show Active.
