DMs are not sending

Fix silent automations: Active account, Live toggle, Connected tools, keywords, 24-hour WhatsApp window, and monthly/hourly caps.

Short answer: If DMs never arrive, check that Instagram or WhatsApp shows Active on Home, the automation is Live, Instagram Connected tools → Allow access to messages is ON, keywords actually matched, and you are under the Free 1,000 DM cap. WhatsApp only sends inside the 24-hour session. Then reconnect Meta if needed.

Most “broken” automations are a closed gate, not a crashed server.

Checklist

Home — Instagram/WhatsApp card says Active. If not, reconnect.
Automation — the toggle is Live. Drafts never send.
Instagram app — Settings → Messages and story replies → Message controls → Connected tools → Allow access to messages = ON.
Keywords — price will not match a comment that only says “cute”. Empty list = any comment.
Caps — Free stops at 1,000 DMs/month. Everyone has hourly pacing.
WhatsApp — they must have messaged you within 24 hours.
Lives — only a private reply is allowed, and only if the viewer can receive DMs.

OAuth succeeded but still no DMs?

Turn on Connected tools → Allow access to messages, confirm the Page is attached, and click Edit settings so the right Instagram account is checked.
