Create a creatorDM account

You can create a creatorDM workspace and connect Instagram without entering payment details.

Step 1 — Sign up

1. Open app.creatordm.com/sign-up.
2. Enter your name, email, and password (or use the sign-up options shown on that screen).
3. Agree to the Terms and Privacy Policy.
4. Continue into the app. Home is /integration.

Already registered? Use Sign in.

Step 2 — Connect a channel

On Home you will see Instagram and WhatsApp cards:

• Instagram — Meta login → pick a Creator or Business account and its Facebook Page → grant messaging and comments.
• WhatsApp — WhatsApp Business signup from the same Home screen.

creatorDM never asks for your Instagram password. If Meta does not list your account, read Add a missing Instagram account.

Step 3 — Finish the Get started checklist

New workspaces show a checklist:

1. Connect an account
2. Create an automation
3. Toggle it Live
4. Open Inbox once

New accounts also get starter flows (draft, not live): Ask For Follow, Collect User Input, Handover DM to AI, Funnel Insta User to WhatsApp, and a WhatsApp service flow. Edit one and publish, or create a blank automation.
