In creatorDM (Pro)
- Automation → New → Instagram → Reply to Comment / DM / Live / Story.
- Trigger type: Moderate Comment.
- Add blocked words (max 25). Match is contains.
- Go Live.
Leave your sales keywords (link, price) off this list. Run moderation and comment-to-DM as two triggers (they can live on the same or separate automations).
