While you are live, people ask for the link in the comment stack. Instagram lets a connected app DM them privately. It does not let the app speak in the public live comments.
Setup
- Trigger: Live Comments.
- Keywords or any comment.
- Private Reply (Optional) plus a Send Message node for the fuller pitch.
- Publish before you go live.
If they do not open the DM, you cannot keep sending. If they reply, the rest of the flow (leads, WhatsApp, AI) can continue.
